[TES] modern Nord

Third part of my 'imagine Tamriel in modern time'. 
With Skyrim being the coldest of Tamriel's provinces I pictured the Nords with more layers of clothing. They're more simple and practical and since they also have an immunity to the cold, the layers would often be simple aesthetic.
